After 13 years as a classroom teacher in the Belmont–Redwood Shores and Hillsborough school districts, Brianne founded Tutor House after seeing firsthand how differently each child learns. In a traditional classroom, where teachers often support more than 25 students at once, providing every child with consistent, individualized attention can be challenging.

Today, Brianne leads the business side of Tutor House and continues to recruit exceptional teachers and education specialists from throughout the Bay Area and across the Peninsula. She is passionate about bringing together a team of highly qualified educators who understand that there is no one-size-fits-all curriculum or magic approach to learning.

At Tutor House, teachers meet each child where they are and build from there. Drawing on their classroom experience, professional knowledge, and understanding of child development, they create meaningful, productive, and effective sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Through individualized instruction and genuine encouragement, students develop essential academic skills, build confidence, and recognize their own potential.
